● If it is the first import, the commodity inspection bureau of the port of pick-up must make the import record of the consignee.

● Make Chinese label records, because imported food products must be affixed with Chinese labels.

The above two steps can be done before the arrival of the goods at the port.

● Prepare relevant customs clearance documents and declare the goods at the port of arrival.

● After customs clearance, pay tax with the tax receipt.

● Customs release, into the customs supervision warehouse sampling.

● Inspection and quarantine, health certificate issued

▲ The procedures for foreign preparation are as follows:

Packing list, contract, invoice, Certificate of origin, health certificate, test report, waybill (air freight), Chinese and English labels, foreign exporter or agent information. It should be noted here that the health certificate must be a template confirmed by both the exporting country and the Chinese Quality Inspection Administration. Countries that have not confirmed health certificates are prohibited from importing them to China.
